Shipping Policy

We're so glad North is on her way to you.

Orders placed through wildandrootedsanctuary.com are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow her journey to your door.

We currently ship within the United States. For the fastest delivery North is also available on Amazon Prime.

Please note: shipping times may vary during high volume periods. We appreciate your patience — every bottle leaves our hands with care.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love North. Genuinely.

If your order arrived damaged, something feels off, or you have any concern at all — please don't hesitate to reach out. We'd love the chance to make it right.

Contact us at hello@therootedexperience.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you on a solution, whether that's a replacement, a refund, or something else entirely.

Because North is a personal care product we're unable to accept returns of opened bottles for hygiene reasons. However we never want you to feel stuck with something that didn't work for you, so please just reach out. We'll figure it out together.

Please note that refills and subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds once processed. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled anytime before your next renewal date.

Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return policy.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged please contact us at hello@therootedexperience.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly.


Change your address.

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@wildandrootedsanctuary.com. Please note that we usually process and dispatch orders within one business day of placing your order. 

Backorders:

Should an item become unavailable after placing your order, we will notify you by email.

The temporarily out-of-stock portion of your order will be automatically canceled and refunded unless we hear from you within two business days.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been sent.

Unexpected Delays

The delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive, and we will help you resolve any situation we have control over!
