SarahDespite what one might think, not all essential oil sprays are created equal! This one is above and beyond anything else I've ever tried in terms of scent and also creating a sense of calm/ grounding. Something about this blend gives me a much more elevated experience whenever I spray it- in my shower, my pillow, or throughout the day at my computer when I'm stressed. I find myself reaching for it whenever I start to get anxious and it's something tangible that I can reach for.
